Would anyone be interested in a replacement skin for a folding kayak for a reasonable price? There may be cases like with the very old or too beaten-up boats when futher hull of deck repairs make no sense and replacement from the manufacturer is discontinued or pricey.
I am conducting a research for a company that makes water sport equipment.
The company manufactures folding kayaks skins and catamarans using PVC material and is interested in possibility of making replacement scins for known models.
I'll be very glad to have your opinions.

I have rebuilt an old 70's model Folbot Super TSK and everthing went great except I need the rubber pieces that fit over the bow and stern to protect the vinyl material there. Folbot doesn't sell these anymore so I would like to know if anyone has found a suitable substitute. Any ideas would be appreciated.
